Our Process

Consultation

We love to understand our customers' terrain-access needs.  Give us a call and tell us about your terrain challenges, how many people or how much equipment you may need to carry, typical weather conditions, length of time you expect to be in the field, etc.  We'll discuss vehicle options and ways to customize them to meet your specific needs.  Next, we'll provide you with a written quote and include the details we've discussed.  If you like what you see, we'll incorporate that info into a purchase order agreement and provide options to complete your transaction.

Your Purchase

All transaction steps are verifiable and designed with customer convenience in mind.  Every transaction includes documentation you will likely need to register your vehicle depending on your state and your individual situation.  Documentation we provide (as applicable) includes:

  • Purchase Agreement

  • Paid-in-Full Invoice

  • Bill of Sale

  • Title, Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO), or Registration

  • Financing / Lien Holder Agreement

  • Sales Tax Paid Receipts

You pay NO transaction nor any other administrative fees related to your purchase.

Delivery

Depending on available inventory, options to be installed and delivery destination, most vehicles may be delivered in just a few days to three weeks. With each new vehicle purchase, you receive complimentary:

  • Delivery to lower 48 states (wherever vehicle may be safely trailered to).

  • Driver training

  • Maintenance training

  • Tool Set

  • 24/7 phone support

We will work with you and make every attempt to deliver your order, and complete all training, at a date and time that is convenient for you.  Expect one to two days for training depending on your needs and timing of delivery.

Service

Sherp vehicles are designed to be reliable and maintenance friendly.  All new vehicles are under a manufacturer warranty.  Should you have any questions at all about your vehicle, Sherp Industrial Distributors is here to answer your questions and ensure you have the most convenient options for service should you ever have a need.  24-hour manufacturer phone support is also available.
